Responsibilities
● Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of all projects related to the Smart Taxation,
Education, and Health centralized report systems.
● Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
● Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
● Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
● Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including
developers, designers, quality assurance, and business stakeholders.
● Manage project resources, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.
● Implement and enforce agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to drive efficient development
cycles.
● Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and health to stakeholders.
● Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
● Conduct post-project reviews and identify areas for continuous improvement.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies related to PHP, React, and React Native.

 Qualification:
● Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
● 5+ years of experience in project management and Human resource management
● Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
(Scrum/Kanban).
● Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
● Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
● Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
● PMP or CSM certification is a plus.
● Experience in government or public sector projects is a plus.

integrate front-end and back-end systems seamlessly.
● Implement responsive designs using HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and Bootstrap to ensure
optimal user experience across various devices and screen sizes.
● Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
● Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices.

Qualifications :

Graphic Designer: 1

Overview
We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer with a strong focus on UI/UX to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user
interfaces for our software platform, which includes a Smart Taxation system, an Education system, and
a Health centralized report system. This role requires a keen eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of
user-centered design principles, and proficiency with relevant design tools. 

Responsibilities :
● Design and develop user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web and mobile
applications, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
● Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively
communicate interaction and design ideas.
● Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive
user experiences.
● Collaborate closely with product managers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to
understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions.
● Conduct user research, evaluate user feedback, and iterate on designs to improve usability and
overall user satisfaction.
● Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and graphic assets to ensure brand
consistency and efficiency.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
● Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive stakeholders.
● Ensure all designs are optimized for various devices and screen sizes, including responsive
design principles. 

  Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related
field.
● 3+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design for software applications.
● Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of design principles, user-centered design,
and visual communication.
● Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and
Illustrator.
● Experience with creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, and sitemaps.
● Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to ensure design
feasibility.
● Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
